Following on from the recent launch of MB Lifestyle, our new collection of unique gifts and trinkets, we thought we’d tell you a a little more about the items on offer and the team of artisans and designers involved.
First up, we hand over to Andrea from Bella Bougie, who has provided us with luxurious scented candles created exclusively for Miss Bush Bridalwear.
Originally created to complement our award winning stand at Brides the Show and inspired by the accompanying styled shoot, The Boudicca Bride, these candles smell divine and were so popular that we have kept them on as a regular feature in store.
“Bella Bougie is a small family run business based on the Warwickshire borders. All of our products are hand crafted using the finest ingredients from specialist UK suppliers, with the emphasis being on quality,longevity of product and tailored experience rather than mass production.
Using natural wax,predominantly essential oils and organic alcohol we endeavor to bring our customers the very best in fragrances for their homes and hideaways.
Each fragrance we create has a story behind it and Miss Bush “Winter Goddess” is no exception.
When I saw the Brides the Show photo shoot set in such beautiful grounds, with dewy grass, leaves on the turn and against a backdrop of faded golds and plums, I felt inspired to create a scent which was sophisticated and alluring yet framed with a crisp edge.
‘Winter Goddess” has top notes of plum, a middle of Neroli and Nutmeg, and rests on underlying base notes of persistent patchouli. The result is a seamless combination where ‘urban cool’ meets ‘relaxed rural’…. perfect to release the inner goddess in you!”
