Wedding networking pre drinks reception at Miss Bush

It’s been a little while since we’ve hosted an event at Miss Bush, so it was an absolute pleasure to open up The Chapel for a wedding industry pre-drinks reception earlier this month.

Hosted by The Inspiration Space, the Hitched Supper Club was due to take place at Nest Home & Cafe just next door to the chapel, so it only seemed fitting that we would invite the group to pop in for cocktails and chat beforehand.

The drinks reception was planned in conjunction with lovely local wedding planner Lauren from Bluebird Creative, who along with stylist Turmeric House and florist Mad Lilies transformed the chapel into a stunning oasis of calm and the perfect ‘home from home.’ The lush greenery and copper elements were the perfect choice for a relaxed, modern look and we absolutely loved the innovative ‘bar’ that was created using our dress rails – such a brilliant idea!

Our ex-bride and cake maker of choice Dolly Dewdrops Cake Art provided yet another stunning display of exquisitely crafted hand decorated cakes – Lizzie’s incredible sugar flowers never fail to amaze!

It was a delight to see so many faces old and new congregating in our wonderful space – thank you so much to all who attended, and to the fabulous team for making it so special.
