You missed my blog right? Possibly not – however I have missed writing it. A combination of peak wedding season, broken Blogger and waiting for my brides to send in pictures meant a torturous delay in getting it re working and redesigned. Happily Leah Spicer , latest lamb in the Miss Bush fold, ( or should that be lamb to the slaughter?) has transferred Miss Bush to WordPress. Goodness know how it works – I sense the lovely Leah may face a barrage of idiot questions.
I have such a backlog gorgeousness to share I am simply starting with events in chronological order.
Saturday 20th October Sharon Roberts hairdresser and all round wonder woman is hosting a pop up shop and hair demonstration at Miss Bush. Sharon’s talent is extraordinary – her ability to create classic bridal looks as well as producing editorial work is the stuff of legend.
On the hottest day of the summer Sharon created boho glamour for our Temperley London launch party – the brief being plaits and flowers. A collaboration with Gayle Evans of Bloomingayles and Carolanne Armstrong make up created laid back luxe captured by Juliet McKee in the grounds of the sumptuous Michelin starred restaurant Drakes.
The top picture shows Temperley London’s iconic Goddess dress with Heuchera leaves pinned like petals the picture below channels a contemporary Bardot feel with blousy roses.
