We are all totally in love with Saoirse Ronan’s look right now! The 23 year old actress has been showcasing some seriously covetable style recently, with the stand out dress that incredible pink sheath dress by Calvin Klein, as seen at the Oscar’s earlier this month.
The dress was designed by Raf Simons for Calvin Klein and was chosen by stylist Elizabeth Saltzman, for Saoirse’s third Oscar nomination. Elizabeth said; “It is a pink, which is what I was trying not to do, but it was just right. I want this to be timeless, It needed to be about Saoirse, as a person.” (Vogue)
The simple strapless gown featured a straight neckline and was finished with a huge bustle and the most incredible bow. Saltzman continued “I just want that bow. This should be a really beautiful moment. It’s modern.”
We’re convinced that this gown would make the breathtaking wedding dress, and we found a similar choice within our own collections. Jesus Peiro 7033 is a breathtaking gown in off white satin, featuring a ballerina strap back with simple round neckline, and of course that large bustle over train to echo Saoirse’s look, finished with a large statement bow.
Saoirse’s styling was simple and minimal, so we’ve added some similar inspiration to this board which would again work wonderfully for a bridal look; chic and elegant slicked back hair, a touch of pink to the nails and an incredible pair of pink heels. The outfit is finished with a simple pair of diamond drop earrings for a hint of glamour.
