A wedding day, YOUR wedding day, is not the day for a hair crisis. Bad wedding hair and dodgy tiaras are up there with back cleavage and VPL as style no-no’s.
I have worked with trained milliner Polly Edwards for nearly seventeen years. Polly has been creating cool, individual hair pieces, pins and combs for Miss Bush brides all that time. She, frankly, is the best headdress designer I’ve worked with. Also seemingly Polly can withstand my capricious nature, demanding temperament and shopzilla-ness. I’d say that makes Poll’ just a little bit of an angel too.
Sharon Roberts I’ve known only since August. It feels like longer… I can’t remember what it was like not to have her as a go-to hairdresser for a shoot or in-house event. Ms Roberts is on her way to Legendary-Bush status.
Polly and Sharon are both in house at Miss Bush on Saturday. Polly can assist with choosing a hairpiece or even custom design one for you and Sharon can be booked for your wedding. Both women are very skilled at opening a bottle of bubbly, both are very bubbly. The aim is for some fun and glamour. If you already have a dress appointment on Saturday please allow time to join them. If you would like to book Polly or Sharon specifically please call Emma, Amy or Corinne on 01483 222815 and book in.
Below are a few shots originally intended for our website. They show Polly’s headpieces, Sharon’s hair, Amy’s (Miss Bush Living Legend) styling, make-up by Carolanne Armstrong and the beautiful Jade – a classical musician and coffee shop barista as our model. The dress is by the wonderful Barcelona based label Jesus Peiro.
