According to Grazia magazine, bright and beautiful sunshine yellow is the ‘hottest colour of the season.’ As you can imagine, we were thrilled; vibrant bold yellow is kind of our thing! Miss Bush MD Emma often shares snapshots from fashion magazines, catwalks and red carpets for spots of Bush Yellow on Instagram, and we’ll occasionally get tweets and messages whenever other people spot a splash of our distinctive hue too.
We love ‘Bush Yellow’ for a wedding, and for this moodboard I’ve softened the look slightly by showcasing it with fresh spring greens and lots of white. Happy yellow globe flowers Craspedia (or billy balls) are an obvious choice for this look, and when paired with succulents they look really unique and interesting.
The moodboard also includes a snapshot from a Miss Bush shoot from quite a few years ago, A Postcard From New York, which we worked on with our dreaam team; florist Bloomingayles, photographer Juliet McKee, make up artist Carolanne and hair stylist Sharon Roberts.
