Our moodboard today is inspired by ‘Avalia’ a gown from our newest brand, Houghton NYC. Made from sheer spotted tulle, this dress features a high neckline with capelet and full skirt trimmed in horsehair, with an open back and belt.
This look is feminine and pretty, with sheer fabric adding a contemporary edge, distancing it from the more traditional feel associated with vintage 50’s polka dot. Layers of white upon white help to create a super chic, crisp and elegant wedding styling; the perfect match for the cool ‘Avalia‘ gown.
