As you may know already the Pantone colours of the year for 2016 are Rose Quartz and Serenity (you can see our moodboard here!) These soft, calming colours have been hugely popular so far, and the trend has triggered an influx of beautiful ways to go one step further and include actual geodes and beautiful crystals as part of your wedding decor.
The main inspiration for his board was the incredible cake at the top of this moodboard. This amazing creation is a work of art, even the geode details are made from sugar crystals, so the entire thing is edible! The natural pattern of geode slices is intricate and beautiful and lends itself perfectly to the design for the beautiful wedding invitation shown above, and the glittering rose quartz druzy necklaces would make wonderful gifts for bridesmaids.
