In celebration of Andy Murray’s Wimbledon victory yesterday, our moodboard today is dedicated to British Wimbledon wedding inspiration; think strawberries, Pimms, cucumber sandwiches, British designers and iconic London scenery.
The starting point for this look was a wedding dress by one of our fabulous designers, Suzanne Neville. I chose ‘Scarlet’ for this look, a sleek elegant gown with lace bodice and waterfall skirt detail from the 2016 ‘Songbird’ collection; the perfect look for a chic and sophisticated London wedding.
This theme is the perfect opportunity to add a touch of nostalgia and whimsy to delight your guests; an iconic London bus to transport between venues or a fun Pimms tricycle cart to serve refreshments in style. Yellow craspedia flowers and vintage tennis rackets are a great way to add a Tennis themed twist without looking too cheesy!
