Going to the Chapel – we’re relocating!

The Miss Bush shop has taken something of a battering over this last very wet & windy winter.  Building work is urgently needed to the flat roof, windows, structural timbers, ceilings & wiring.  The shop has no rear access so all builders & materials have to go through the shop. Whilst this leads to many Diet Coke break opportunities, it is not a great combination with delicate wedding dresses.

This has been the final encouragement that the Miss Bush team needed to take the brave step of moving home which will allow us to realise a new style of bridal shopping & service.

Miss Bush has previously run the workroom, where dresses are carefully altered and stored, from The Old Chapel directly opposite the shop.  It is an amazing space and is perfect for realising our dream of a contemporary luxury boutique.

Currently undergoing the facelift of its life the Chapel has vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows & the cutest arched doorways ever. Imagine you will be able to see yourself walking down our ‘aisle.’

I have been listening closely to all of our customers and the wider wedding world and know that brides  want to be able to visit us during more flexible hours to fit in with work & children, they want more exclusive appointments & we want to continue offering the same brilliant service throughout every bride’s time with us from first visit to catching up over photos after the big day.

The move will enable us to offer all this and much more. Evening appointments for both styling consultation & fittings will be available. As we find our feet, Sunday opening will be introduced to ensure calm dedicated service and a truly memorable experience.
